I am a certified 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher, and yoga has been part of my personal journey for more than 10 years. What began as curiosity and self-practice slowly became a way of living with more strength, awareness, and calm.

Over the years, I have explored yoga not only as a physical practice, but as something that can bring balance into day-to-day life. My intention as a teacher is to help students experience that same impact in simple, steady, and meaningful ways.
